Thanks for your response Caroline :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes: We have checked in the background why it is rejecting and it is bringing up that the client or agent is not authorised. Which is usually a credentials issue if the MTD has already been authorised. If the VAT number is showing correctly in the settings, we need to ask you to go to the cog>account and settings>advanced>under making tax digital toggle it off and then back on and re-enter the gateway information. This should then connect and if you go back you should be able to submit. If that does not work if we could ask you to then sign on to the gateway using those credentials directly(not through QB) and make sure that it is taking you to the correct page. If it is and you are still getting that error please then reply back here and we will investigate this for you.
Hello Carolineb_cansdales001,
Welcome to the Community page,
we can't see any screenshot you have sent to us. Please could you send us another one? Thanks
When you try to connect to HMRC do you get any error messages?
Hello Carolineb_cansdales001,
Thanks for sending us the screenshot,
When you click on the take action top right-hand side corner, have you double-checked that you have done and got everything it is saying? If not please can you check as it will be one of them that will be stopping you from being able to submit the return no doubt?
Thanks for your valuable reply...
I have already checked that, All information is correctly mentioned.
