Buy nowHi, I've been looking for information regarding the possibility of a prompt when, for example. The head of warehouse wants to delete/modify an order at Item Receipt it will prompt the admin password in order to go through with it, is that a feature in QB?
Thanks for the help!
Kind regards,
SH
You may consider having a 3rd party inventory management app to integrate with QB Desktop. There is no approval feature to modify orders. Your head of warehouse will be able to
Print: It allows the user to print purchase orders directly from the handheld device.
Edit: It allows the user to modify purchase orders.
Receive: It allows the user to mark items contained in a purchase order as received and to create an item receipt.
Create: It allows the user to manually create purchase orders.

You can also search for a third-party application that offers this functionality. Then, integrate the app into the program.
Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you assign a unit of measure in QuickBooks. This ensures you can easily track your items: Show Quantities, Prices, Rates, and Costs for an Item.
I'm only a few clicks away if you need assistance in managing your inventory in QuickBooks. It's always my pleasure to help you out.
