Yes, you can purchase another license using your Desktop Premier. Let me guide you how:
1. In QuickBooks, go to Help, then select Manage My License and Buy Additional User License.
2. Follow directions on how to add user licenses to pick if you want to buy licenses online or by phone.
3. Based on the number of licenses you have, install QuickBooks Desktop on additional computers
4. After you install, follow the prompts to activate QuickBooks Desktop.
