Online banking connection. To pay bills, download transactions. Going back in history a version of QB would give you 3 years of access before you had to upgrade.

Let me clarify things about the life cycle of the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

As mentioned by Fiat Lux - ASIA above, all QBDT versions had a 3-years life cycle. Since you're using QBDT Pro 2019, you can still work with it until May 2020.
