FWIW, even the survey after getting customer service doesn't work. The degree to which you couldn't care less about what your customers think couldn't be more apparent.
This isn't the experience that I want you to have. We always care about what the customers feel about support experience. If you're unable to submit your survey or finish the whole process, I recommend retaking it.
