I keep getting this error code every time I open quickbooks. It goes off every 30 seconds or so. I recently upgraded my laptop and added a new company and then this started. I save my backups to OneDrive and haven't ever had this problem before. I followed the instructions to fix it, but it continues to pop up....any one else? I called the number under the error as suggested but no one can remote in only my IT Team through my company. Can anyone help me please?!?!

QBMaker was the source of the fake error message. If you click on it and open the file location you can find the files to delete. After those files are deleted the fake error goes away. Don't call that number.
C:\Users\Public\Documents\System64\SOGT
Here is the path that the files were in on this computer.
No, the only files there are the backups I have saved.
Find the files in your local drive, not in your cloud drive.
I'll help you fix that, srg623.
The error message you received may indicate a problem with the integrity of your data. In order to identify and isolate the issue, we suggest starting with a verification and rebuilding function. This process will scan your company files for any errors or data damages.
To ensure a higher level of data integrity and minimize the risk of undetected issues, we recommend running and rebuilding data three times.
If the issue persists, you can run the QuickBooks File Doctor. To do this, first download and install the most recent version of QuickBooks Tool Hub from 1.4.0.0. This tool can help fix common errors. Once the download is complete, open the file (QuickBooksToolHub.exe) and follow the on-screen instructions to install the program.
After installation, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub. To get the most out of your QuickBooks File Doctor experience, we recommend using it on Windows 10, 64-bit. When you're ready, follow these steps to run the Quick Fix my File utility:
After the scan finishes, open QuickBooks and your company file. Please take note that your issue may have been resolved even if the scan says it was unsuccessful. To learn more about this process, I encourage reading this guide: Fix company file and network issues with QuickBooks File Doctor.

Verify/Rebuild Data utility, QB Tool Hub or reinstall your QB program won't fix the problem. You have to delete some files manually as mentioned by 4Gal. You can contact me in private if you need assistance.
I tried this and it is not working. The error message pops up every 15-20 seconds

I tried this and it is not working.
What did you try? You can contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA in private and ask them to share the screen.
Would you be able to tell me the location of the file and which files to delete?
I have been experiencing the same problem.
The file location may be random on your local drive. Use File Explorer to find them. Otherwise, you should contact Fiat Lux for assistance.

Thank you, with these directions I was able to find and delete these files....so far so good, it seems to be working. I haven't received an error message in over 5 minutes and it was popping up every 45 seconds to a minute.
