Does anyone else experience issues with app glitching? Specifically when tracking mileage.

I have tried turning off auto track. It does not work.

If the same thing happens, make sure you are using the latest version of the application, as outdated versions can cause access issues. Check your app store for any available updates. Next, clear the app's data to help resolve various errors within the system. Follow the steps below:

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top right.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Then, click Refresh Data and tap Yes.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Select the Menu button.
  2. Then, click Help & Feedback.
  3. Choose Refresh Data and press Refresh.

 

If the issue persists, you can install and reinstall the app to ensure that all QuickBooks features are up to date.
