How to remove payment method message on all invoices

I need help removing a message that was added sometime last year to all of our invoices. It has the wrong mailing address on it, and preferably I would like to remove it in it's entirety. It is located directly under the line items on the invoice to the left of the summary total. *None* of the templates allow me to edit it, even when I create a new blank template it still shows up when previewing or printing. The editable boxes in the content screen are blank, yet it still shows. I added screenshots below.
