I have a problem with Quickbooks calculating my invoices wrong. I created an estimate for $1050. I invoiced that estimate for $600. The balance should be $450.00 however when I created my last invoice for 100% of that estimate, Quickbooks created an invoice for $450.03. How can I fix this?
Change the amounts on the 2nd invoice until it equals $450.
I have done that on simple invoices such as the example I gave you. However, I have 8 page invoices for millions of dollars. It would take hours to go to every line item on those invoices and check QBs calculations. I don't have time for that. QBs needs to fix this.
