Before using TSheets/QuickBooks Time, I was able to go into "Weekly Timesheets" and manually enter in my employee's time, and mark any time that was needed as billable. After getting TSheets, and after it downgraded to QuickBooks Time, when I approved the time and exported it, it would appear in "Weekly Timesheets" and I was able to mark timesheets as billable as needed. This was the case up through this past Friday. Friday morning, I approved Thursday's time (in QBT), marked the appropriate timesheets as billable in "Weekly Timesheets", and ran payroll. I then took vacation until this morning (Tuesday). This morning I approved time from Friday through Monday (in QBT), and exported it to QuickBooks Online. When I opened up the "Weekly Timesheets" to mark the correct time as billable. I no longer had that option on the new timesheets. If I looked at previous weeks, I could mark them as billable or not. But the timesheets that I approved today do not have that option.
Troubleshooting steps that I have taken:
Cleared cache
Incognito window
Checking for the option in the individual timesheets under the specific project
I have chatted with Jed & Ken at QuickBooks Online & Siriel at QuickBooks Time.
Checking the box in QBT to show billable option, but that requires you to fill in the "service item" box as well. I don't want time tied to a service item. Siriel tried to tell me that I have to, but that hasn't been the case for all of the years that I've been using QBO, TS, and QBT.
Is anyone else having this issue of they can no longer mark time as billable? I have been trying to solve this for 3 hours now, and am getting very frustrated.

@ChristieAnn Thank you. That was the fix that I needed. Now can you explain how 3 different "customer service reps" in 2 hours couldn't come up with that 30 second solution to the problem? Thank you again, for your help. You are one of the very, very few people who are associated with the company of Quickbooks who has actually been helpful (out of all of the QB reps that I have dealt with in over 3 years). I appreciate it! Have a great day.
