QuickBooks how can it be that we were forced to the new invoice and quote system over 3 weeks ago and reported that it has issues 3 weeks ago and its still not fixed. Not even been a single update to users. You forced us to change. We did not do this voluntarily. Issues - The tax checkbox does not work. The T for taxes shows up on every line item. The new feature - pdf view does not work. The email view does not work. If you add a blank line it will not show up in the pdf output. We have sales tax turned off since we use line item sales tax and now there is a tax sub total at the bottom which we don't use. None of these issues were present before you forced us to the new update. If you are going to force customers to a new update at least make sure the bugs are worked out. Then if you force customers to a new update and it is full of bugs then get the bugs fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Why are we still not updated on any of these issues? What could possibly be more important then this?
The customer service doesn't care. It's their job to just respond with cookie cutter answers when the customers are rightfully upset and objectively worse changes.
The engineers don't care because they're the ones who designed the bad system. They probably think they're right instead of the people using their bad design every day.
It seems like Intuit has engineers who know nothing about accounting or bookkeeping running their accounting software. They're making everything worse.

To resolve the issue regarding the tax checkbox, PDF and email view, and the taxable (T) status showing in every line item, we can troubleshoot your browser to clear the outdated cache. First, open your account in an incognito window. Please see the keyboard shortcuts provided below.
Once resolved, you can return to your original browser to clear its cache or utilize another compatible one. It could be a temporary issue between QBO and the window you're using.

These troubleshooting steps have already been completed about 8 times with QuickBooks support. The issue is a known issue. QuickBooks has a case or investigation open for it. Its just that there has been no progress. There has been no update on the issue. Its as if QuickBooks is pretending there is no issue. Just like your QuickBooks responses to my messages on this community forum asking about the issue. You just add a random canned response about troubleshooting steps. If you really wanted to help me you would instead check with development or management and find out what is happening and give me a real update on this tax issue and other issues for the bad update.
