I understand how to do the fine adjustment alignment. My problem is that it doesn't save my settings for the next time I print checks. How do you get it to stay aligned.
Let me help and share what I know about it, LB48.
In QuickBooks, you can use coarse and fine adjustments when setting up your printer to align with your checks/paychecks. That being said, you can only use coarse adjustments if you are using checks, or forms purchased from Intuit. Other continuous-feed forms can't be adjusted using this method.
Once you've changed the alignment for your check/paychecks, it should save the settings. If it still doesn't remember the printer settings, you can rename the QBPrint.qbp file to save the printer set up and customization of your checks.
