QBO Shipping Solutions

The option to generate shipping labels such as labels and stamp is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). We have the QuickBooks Shipping Manager feature, however, this is only available in the QuickBooks Desktop version. Which allows you to ship and mail with UPS, USPS, and FedEx right from your QuickBooks.

In QBO, we have the option to create mailing labels by creating a packing slip. Let me show you how.

1. From the left menu, click Sales, and choose Customers.
2. Select the customer's name to display a list of their transactions.
3. From the Transaction List tab, select the box next to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a packing slip.
4. Click the Batch actions drop-down, then choose Print packing slip.
5. The print preview screen will open so you can select printing options, preview, and print.

1. In QBO, go to Apps from the sidebar menu.
2. Head to the Find Apps tab. 
3. Enter "Shipping label" in the search bar or click the Browse category button to filter the results.
