Buy nowWe have several customers who began having problems with the web connector after upgrading to QB 2022. The connector cannot sync to QB while QB is open despite the proper permissions being set. The connector gives an "application requested to abort" error message.
The connector can usually sync when QB is closed although some customers have reported having to reboot their computers to get syncing to work even with QB closed.
I've been monitoring a couple of other threads with similar problems and there doesn't appear to be a fix for this issue many months later.
Is there a fix or workaround for this very frustrating issue?

Thank you for your reply. Our customers have been using the web connector and syncing data to QB for years. It has only become a problem when they upgraded to QB 2022. Then it began failing to sync while QB is open. We have reinstalled the application in the web connector and made sure the permissions in QB still allow syncing when QB is open.
