Desktop Pro 2021 Subscription or Regular?

I recently signed up for a trial version of 2021 Desktop Pro. Am now wondering if this will be subscription once the trial version is over (one year), or if it will be good for three years like regular Quickbooks. Can anyone tell me this? I'm not sure I'll be interested paying the renewal fee every year. Thanks.

My understanding is that 2021 is the last year for non subscription based purchases. Unless you bought 2021 pro plus, that is an annual subscription

I'm just curious. Do you know which partners might still have this? I would rather go ahead and purchase now than use the trial I downloaded. Many thanks.
