Open an AR window for a single client - see attached

I've just upgraded to QB2024.

I've always found useful a window like that attached, but able to select a single client, rather than all of AR.

Any suggestions?

@None2025

To open an Accounts Receivable register filtered for a customer, right click a customer in the Customer Center and pick Use Register.

I've solved my own problem.  The equivalent windows is found at:

Main Menu | Customers | Enter Statement Charges

That will get you to a very basic window to review all entries for a single customer, skipping the "Client Center" box of Pandora.

Also absurd:backslashes not allowed in postings here.

@None2025  In which way do you intend to use such a window?

Assuming it is for data reviewing and editing, you are able to click on the A/R row of the Chart of Accounts window, further click on the Reports button at the bottom of the Chart of Accounts window, and generate a QuickReport for A/R.

You would then be able to click the Customize Report button in the top left of the QuickReport and filter the report to a single client.

Do you have a different need than that, or the direct entry that the normal A/R window you posted permits?

Thank you very much.

The AR window (as opposed to a report) for a single client is a summary of invoices and payments that is always open, and one can quickly scroll to this client or that client to see a history of invoices and payments and current balance.  That is a frequent task that needs less effort than the reports you have described.  Both are approaches with which I am quite familiar.

Thanks again.

By the way, the "Customer Center" window covers the same topic and more, much, much, much, much more, but I am quite comfortable with the technique described in the initial query.
