Updating start & end dates to projects issue

I have been trying to update start & end dates to projects & at first it looks like it updates it when I save. However, after a few minutes when I have went into other projects and/or the screen gets refreshed, the changes are no longer there. I have tried using multiple browsers, clearing cache, etc.

 

Is there a known issue right now that is preventing me from updating these dates?

It's great to see you back in the Community! 

 

Let me ask you some additional questions so we can narrow down the cause: 

 

  • Have you been able to successfully edit other projects in the system? If so, what details are different in each of the projects? 
  • Have you tried signing out and then back in? 

 

This will help us determine the cause of this issue and get you on your way with your projects in QBO. I'll be waiting for your response!

Yes, I have tried signing out/ back in.

 

It looks like its mainly if I want to delete a date that was previously there.

After researching, this isn't an on-going issue at this time for QuickBooks Online. However, let's try doing the actions below before contacting the Customer Support Team: 

 

  • Use an incognito window or private browser
  • Use another device or computer 

 

In the end, if these actions don't work, reach out to our Customer Support Team for further assistance.
