Upgrade and multicurrency

Since you're planning to expand your business to other Regions with different currencies, that's not a problem. You can utilize the multicurrency feature in QuickBooks Online. It gives you the ability to record transactions in foreign currencies.

However, let me remind you that once you turn the multicurrency feature on, you cannot turn it off again, so please be thorough with your thoughts when you decide to turn on that feature.

If you want to enable that feature, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. ChooseAdvanced.
3. Select the Edit icon in the Currency section and select your Home Currency.
4. Tick the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
5. Then, click Save and close.
