Before we proceed, could you please tell me if you are encountering any error messages while attempting to create a new shift? This will help us check why you are unable to add another schedule.
Also, please note that there are two ways to add new shifts.
You can either click directly on the calendar cell corresponding to the employee and date for the shift, or you can use the Actions dropdown menu and select Add Shift.
If the issue persists, we can take a troubleshooting step to check if the issue is related to the browser you're currently using.
Start by clearing your browser's cache and cookies to access the program with a clean slate, as this can sometimes prevent you from successfully creating your employee's shifts.
You can consider switching to a different browser as an alternative.
