Hi there, LDO. The error message you’re encountering occurs due to temporary login session conflicts or issues with your browser’s cache.
This can happen if you’ve been inactive in the QuickBooks Community forum for an extended period, as your session will expire and require you to log back in. Also, outdated or corrupted browser data can interfere with the authentication process and prevent you from posting or replying to the forum.
Since this issue happens occasionally, I suggest clearing your browser’s cache to remove outdated login data. Next, ensure your browser is updated and compatible with the Community website. Lastly, if your session expires, log out and log back in to the forum to refresh your authentication ticket.
