08/27/21: We are in the market for a T-sheet type application that can sync with Quickbooks desktop. Ever since Intuit purchased T-sheet - the app has degraded. My name now appears as my email as my first name (which won't sync my time with QB). There is no easy way to call and fix it (Tsheets had great customer service support). After our fourth time trying to reach someone, we are ready for a new product! No more QuickBooks Time - the worst time-tracking app out there.
What kind of business do you run? A construction company or a professional service? We may recommend another time tracker app to integrate with your QBD.
Hi - thank you for replying. We have an environmental engineering company where we need to track our employees time against projects (corresponds to QB Accounting Customers/Jobs). We used that to run payroll (through ADP) and reconcile our QB books. The Tsheets sync function worked really well where it would load customers/jobs as Projects (also includes vacation, sick, and other general office and overhead functions) and employees from QB. Once completed it would post the hours back to QB in the correct accounts. Parts of these have stopped working since the Intuit purchase of Tsheets and their customer service is incapable or disinterested in finding a fix.

We are also thinking of evaluating ADP's time and attendance (app - although we don't know if they integrate with QB desktop), officetimesheets.com, ebility.com, and timebeans.
If you have any experience or anecdotes to share about these apps, please do so.

If you only need tracking the time with a limited feature to integrate with QBD, you may consider Officetimesheet. Timebeans only supports QBO.
Agree with this. The tech support is junk. I've been online with 2 techs to fix my issue, nothing fixed, they didn't listen. Its like they didn't understand what my typed words were. I am on my 3rd tech, yes THIRD and on day TWO trying to get my issue fixed. The 3rd tech, not even sure if they're on the other line, they don't say much.
WHY CAN"T I JUST GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT ??? No experts?
