Merge 2 quickbook online accounts

Let me add some details about merging QuickBooks Online accounts.

At this time, we're unable to combine two accounts in QuickBooks Online. In this case, you can only export and import the data, then cancel the other account to avoid extra charges and pay one account only.

1. Utilize a migration tool
