Select the More ▼ drop-down, then Manage categories. Select Edit from the Action column. Make the changes you want and select Save. I can help you to see the More ▼option to category items. To edit or remove a category in QuickBooks Online, @marinepestcontrol.

There are two options that you can see the More ▼ option. Where you can edit the category items. I'll provide you with some steps for you to follow. Here's how:

The first option is in the Sales Tab.

Choose Product and service.
Select the More ▼ and pick Manage categories.
Make sure to select the correct name, and click Edit.
You will routed to Category information, the Save.

The second option is in the Gear icon.

Under List, select All lists.
Choose Product Categories.
Make sure to choose the correct name, and click Edit.
Under Category information, the Save.
