Schedule report to be exported as .csv into a specifi

Hi, I want to schedule daily reports to be exported as an excel .csv file to a specific folder location. Currently I only see options to have the reports emailed from quickbooks, but I dont want to email my data at all.

For now, I am running my custom report everyday and saving it as an excel file to my defined folder.

Hope to get a more automated solution for this. Thank you!

Thanks for this feedback, @AndrewC1.

I'm going to forward this to our Product Development Team about having scheduled daily reports to be exported as an Excel .csv file to a specific folder location as an option besides just an email format. You can visit our Blog to see what's new in our Products and see upcoming features.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free and let me know by leaving me a Reply. Have a good one!

@AndrewC1

Utilize TP Exporter to do so. You can make a schedule with comannd line to export Journal Report, Invoice with Payments, Payroll Detail Report, and Transaction Detail Report.
