The Optical Character Recognition (OCR) feature doesn't work on receipts, no matter how I import them - via email, receipt capture using mobile app, drag/drop image

Allow me to share some information about Optical Character Recognition (OCR) feature.

At this time, not all receipt formats are covered by QuickBooks for OCR yet. If it's not working on your end, you can proceed with uploading the receipts or attach them to your transactions manually.

Here's how you can upload your receipts from the Banking/Transactions tab:

1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
2. Select the Receipts tab.
3. Tap Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive. Each image or file should only contain a single receipt or bill.

Moreover, here's how you can dd attachments to customer and vendor profiles, as well as their transactions.
