I know it can be challenging when you can't use a credit card as a payment method, doug-villagelock. I'm here to help you choose other options.

Since you don't have a Card Reader, you can select Cash or Check as your payment option. Here's how:

  1. From the Dashboard, select Sales Receipt
  2. Select your Customer
  3. Choose the Items (+) sign and add individual products and services from your inventory.
  4. Click the Payment Method Check or Cash.
    1. Cash: Click Save.
    2. Check: Enter the Check number and then click Save.

Also, make sure that you're using the same payment options when accessing your QuickBooks Online account through a web browser. This ensures your record is accurate.

Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you learn more about which QuickBooks Online mobile app features are supported on mobile devices. This will assist you in handling everyday business transactions: Compare Feature Availability.

I'd recommend getting back on this thread if you need help completing your other tasks in QuickBooks, doug-villagelock. It's always my pleasure to help you out again.
