Hi there, Rolando!

 

To access the accountant training modules while in the Philippines, you must use a QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account. If you are using a regular QuickBooks Online (QBO) company account, you will not be able to see these modules.

 

The most important thing to know is that QuickBooks Online Accountant is completely free. You do not need a paid subscription or a free trial of a business plan to access these certifications.

 

Once you log in to your QBOA account, follow these steps:

 

  1. Navigate to the ProAdvisor menu.
  2. Select the Training section.    
  3. Click Start learning.   image.png

 

By following this path, you will be routed to the ProAdvisor Academy portal. This is where you can complete your lessons, take the self-paced exams, and download your official certification badges once you pass.
