If the Reports menu is not responding, you could have a full cache, or there's an issue in your browser. You can try signing in using a private or incognito browser. This stops the cache from saving your browsing data.
Google Chrome - Ctrl + Shift + N
Internet Explorer - Ctrl + Shift + P
Mozilla Firefox - Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari - Command + Option + P
If you can access your reports now, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, try other browsers. You can also check the system requirements for QBO to see if your computer meets them.
