Let’s access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on a private window (incognito), @userjeffandersonaes.

This way, we can check if this a browser cache issue. QBO uses the cache data to swiftly load the page faster on your next visit. When gets outdated, it can cause issue that affects the view and performance of your account.

Using a private window is the perfect tool to verify this issue as this doesn’t store any cache data. To get started, you can use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Google Chrome browser, press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser, press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browse, press keys: Command + Shift + N

From there, go to your Banking or Transactions menu and check if it shows your 2019 transactions. If so, I recommend clearing your regular browser’s cache. This will delete all the cache data and prevents unusual behavior to occur.

If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers. This way, we can verify if this a browser-integrated issue. However, if you’re referring to connecting your bank account, QBO automatically downloads the last 90 days of transactions.

If you wish to download all your 2019 transactions to your account, I recommend manually uploading them to your account. You can utilize this article that can seamlessly walk you through the process: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
