I just got a new Wealthsimple Visa Infinite Credit Card but for some reason it doesnt show up when I try to connect it to my QBO. All other accounts show up like Chequing, TFSA, RRSP & FHSA but no VISA card. Anyone else having the same issue or know the solution?

We have a bank account with multiple authorized users. Each user has their own sign-in credentials. For example our organization bank account allows the Treasurer access to do transactions. The same account can be accessed by the bookkeeper to do bank transactions. The Treasurer and the Bookkeeper have different bank sign-in credentials. How can we set up Bank Connection in quickbooks Online so that both the Treasurer and the Bookkeeper can Update Transactions in QB?

We have many of our corporate clients' bank feeds are disconnected frequently. Any update on our side incl. update of Feed or Statement View, triggers 2 steps verification, client needs to answer question, or our physicians get a message in their phones, ... which caused many interruptions and concerns. Is this going to be resolved? We see the issue for RBC & Scotia Bank. In a call to RBC they mentioned that we've noticed this for some clients and shared with QuickBooks and have been told QuickBooks is working on this, given nothing can be done by RBC. I appreciate an Update from QuickBooks on this. Thank you

I reported this error a few weeks ago and was told it was a know error. I was given a link to manually download them, but I did not receive a transcript of the chat so lost the link.

My account isn’t syncing, error 185, I have tried unlinking and reattaching it - doesn’t work. Keeps requesting a code, it will refresh the balances but doesn’t download the transactions…

My balances have never matched and adjustments have been made along the way that messed it up even further.

This is a new migration to QBO Canada.

I have an error message for all my BMO accounts saying "The old connection doesn't work anymore. Reconnect with the faster, more reliable one now and get back on track. (377)". When I try to reconnect the accounts, after clicking "update now" and then "continue" I get an error message saying "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://api.bmo.  .com /denyhandler/api/intuit/party-authentication/api-isam-error-handler/generateIsamErrorResponse ?" on this server.Reference #18.ca30017.1683762140.139d89a". How can I fix this? I called Quickbooks support and she had no clue why the issue was happening.
