 Let’s ensure to log into Account Maintenance to update a payment method and billing details. It will help you get back the After the Fact Payroll option available.

 Here’s how:

1. In your QuickBooks Desktop, select the Employees tab.
2. Click My Payroll Service. Then, choose Account / Billing Information. 
3. Log in with your Intuit user ID and password.

Once completed, run a payroll update:

1. Select the Employees tab. Then, click the Get Payroll Updates.
2. Choose Download entire payroll update.
3. Then, select Update.
