How do you delete an employee?

Can you tell me a little more about what happens when you click the delete button? Are you getting an error message? Does the page freeze?

If you haven’t already, let’s try opening QuickBooks in a private browser:

• Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Firefox and Internet Explorer: Press Shift + Ctrl + P
• Safari: Press Ctrl + Option + P

Once you have QBO opened in a private browser let’s try deleting the employee. If that works, you will want to clear your cache in the regular browser.
