I'm searching for a payroll report that will allow me to export the necessary information for employee pay stubs to Excel. I currently can't find a way to include TYD amount on any reports. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the Community page, @KingofClean620.

At this time, you can open the Summarize Payroll Data in Excel which exported your employee's information direct to Excel.

Here's how:

  1. Select Employees & Payroll from the Reports tab.
  2. Click on Summarize Payroll Data in Excel.
  3. Choose the period you want to export, then click on Get QuickBooks Data.
  4. Wait for the information to load to Excel, click OK if a pop-up window appears.
  5. Review each employee YTD under the Period column.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I'm always here to help. Have a good day!
