Just to clarify, are you trying to reach the QuickBooks Online Customer Support team? If so, here's how you can contact them by phone or chat:

1. Sign into your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
3. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
4. Enter your question in the How can we help? field and choose Continue. 
5. Click Get a callback or Start messaging.
6. Enter your contact information.
7. Select Call me or Send Message.

Please also know that the Community is also happy to assist with questions.
