I have a question regarding exiting from the Audit History routine.  I've noticed there isn't a "close," "exit," or "back" button within the routine itself. Could you please let me know the correct way to exit the Audit History when I'm using it in a sales invoice, sales order or purchase order.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your observation regarding the Audit History routine, Sharon. Yes, currently, this feature does not include a dedicated exit or back button within the interface itself. However, you can navigate away by clicking the Intuit QuickBooks logo in the top left corner to return to your dashboard, or by clicking the hyperlinked invoice to go back to the specific invoice you were viewing.

Please refer to the attached screenshots for visual guidance on these options:

If you would like to see the addition of an explicit exit or back button within the Audit History, I encourage you to submit this idea by sending feedback. Your suggestion will be carefully reviewed by our product team for consideration in future updates. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Then select Next to submit feedback.

For the time being, please use the navigation options I shared to exit smoothly. Should you have any other questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reply to this message. We'll be right here to help whenever you need.
