Just wow - 2024 it was $47 month, 2025 $70 and todays notice $105 !! another whopping 50% jump in pricing - and that does not include payroll (now $60 month add on) or the ridiculous PER PAYROLL USER added fee which is just a money grab there zero reason for this fee - on top of the monthly payroll fee. I understand annual increases but these are just gouging the customer.

With the newly released square app integration, it no longer recognizes my tax classifications. This means everything that is imported through the app needs a manual  edit. This means that I have to go through hundreds of transactions manually to set the tax rate, adding days to my reconciliation process. Thing is, the old integration did this without issue.  Ive spoken to multiple “experts” about this issue and when I can get a rep that actually decides to type in chat, I am told that it is a Square issue and am disconnected from the chat. Is there a fix? Been using Quickbooks for over 10 years to decrease my workload. Unfortunately this is moving things in the opposite direction.

A sudden shock when I got my bill from Quickbooks desktop.  60% .  From 135.00 to 214.00 an 80.00 increase without any notice what's so ever.  They did this to me last year 75.00 to 135.00.  I accepted that increase but so not accept this one. Particularly not given the chance to decide to leave or stay with this company. It is a sleazy move.

Hi there, I have a large gap in transaction history in my Self-Employed QBO account - not sure why, perhaps a changed banking password? I am now looking at having to convert my e-statements to CSV. I know there are a bunch of different apps, but I'm hoping to find feedback on which is best. I would love to not have to do a bunch of reformatting. I bank with BMO, so perhaps there is a converter that works well specifically with their e-statements? Also, would be great if it was free, or had a trial that allowed me to get through enough statements to cover about 10 months for 2 accounts. I have access to Adobe Acrobat, however it looks like I will have to use Adobe to convert to an Excel file, then use Excel to convert to CSV - I do not use Excel, I use OpenOffice, so I'm assuming that I will be creating a bunch of formatting issues during that last step. Any advice would be greatly appreciated - and if I have to pay for a good converter that will save me a tonne

In IAS, why do none of my tasks from QBOA show in the "Needs Attention" area in IAS, that is for tasks? Do they not import?

Any help regarding this topic would be greatly appreciated.
