I’m having troubles with Recurring Transactions that are “Reminders”.  Not only do they not disappear from the list after creating them, I don’t not get Reminders that my reminders are due.  I’ve been working with Quick books support since April on this.  Please tell me I’m not the only one with issues.

I have been using QuickBooks for three years. When I used to upload my receipts, QuickBooks would scan and pull out all the data and would look for a bank transaction that matches and I would get green flag "transaction match". The scanning still works but matching doesn't. I used to tell people how great this feature was and how much faster it made entering my expenses.  Now, when I upload a receipt, it is scanned, and all the data is correctly identified by QuickBooks, but the matching does not happen. If I go to the receipt section and "review" the receipt and select the right account (credit card) the receipt is from, and add a sales tax (otherwise you can't save). Then hit save and next, then close that receipt. The receipt is then matched to the bank transaction. Why do I have to do these steps when I never had to do them before? Why has Intuit made QuickBooks worse than it was before? It drives me mad and I no longer recommend QuickBooks to anyone and am thinking of lo

I had previously posted about my experience using Claude with QB. ...when I tried to post a response to Jocelyn QB employee's response I received an error message. There are videos on YouTube about how to connect Claude to QB. The level of executing a task or answering a question with Claude vs Intuit AI is like night a day. When I asked Claude a question I would get an answer. When I asked Intuit a question instead of answering the question it gave step-by step instructions on how to log on to the plat form and complete the task myself....

The feature worked a few weeks ago but now QB is saying the integration is not available. The Intuit AI doesn't complete the tasks that I ask it to do.

two weeks ago, maybe more i changed my credit card for my monthly payment for quick books pro desktop, for my payroll account etc.This morning I got a notice saying that my payment did not go through, however,  they are trying to use an old card that was on the account.  Which is not even showing on my payments and billing anymore

I'm trying to connect to quickbooks through claude but it looks like it's only available in the US. Do you know when it will be available in Canada?

Is this just me? If so, why might that be? I have many recurring invoices and all have been working well for over a year. Until last week. Since then, every time I open one to edit it, quickbooks freezes and eventually I get a popup telling me the page is unresponsive. I have tried deleting cookies and cache, two different browsers, an incognito window, and two different devices (a laptop, and a tablet).   I've also tried twice to get qbo to resolve this. The first time, I made it to second level support and it actually worked - for about an hour. when I tried to call back, the ticket had been closed and the agent knew none of the details of the first round, so had me go through the entire process again (which still didn't work). Does anyone have insights either into this problem, or into how I can get customer support from qbo without having to go through the same long process a 3rd time? We use Bigtime for T&M as well as invoicing. However when we sync to QBO we lose the customer purchase order, on the invoice, as purchase order is a customer field and Bigtime cannot map to it.

my client uses desktop procanada. He asked for a reprt containin alvtaxable transactions for the gst/qst we need to file, i couldnt find any report of the kind. Can someone help me find that report?
