  1. Go to this link https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Choose the topic that fits the situation you have with QuickBooks.
  4. Select a sub-topic.
  5. Scroll down and click the Get Phone Number button.

Has anyone linked Quickbooks with Corebridge?  My concern is that I will get duplicate transactions as a result.  The detailed with Corebridge and the lump sum total from the bank.  Thanks for your help.

May I know what error message are you getting when trying to download QuickBooks through disc? Any details about the issue will help us narrow things down.

 

Before you install the program, make sure your computer meets the QuickBooks Desktop system requirements to avoid compatibility issues. In the meantime, you can download the software in the  QuickBooks Desktop Downloads & Updates page. Here's how:

  1. Go to this link: https://downloads.quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/products
  2. Enter your Country.
  3. Select the QuickBooks Product you're downloading.
  4. Choose the Version you want to download.
  5. Click Search then Download.

That should help you get started with your QuickBooks installation. Here's an article for your reference: Download QuickBooks Desktop

 

If you still encounter the same issue using the steps I provided, I'd recommend using the 

  1. Download the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic tool.

  2. Save the file locally.

  3. Make sure to close any open programs when running the QBInstall tool.

  4. Reboot your computer.

Currently, linking QuickBooks with Corebridge is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. However, it is accessible in QuickBooks Desktop. Though, I recommend contacting Corebridge directly as they have the tools to set it up to prevent any duplicate records on your bank.
