You can use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround.

Hello there, vo-michellet. Could you tell me a little more about what happens when you try to upload the file? Did you receive a specific error message? Did the page freeze, spin endlessly, or become unresponsive?

When bank transactions don't import successfully, it usually comes down to formatting or a browser issue. QuickBooks Online follows a specific column and date format.

Alternatively, it might be a browser hiccup. Sometimes, your web browser holds onto old, temporary data that can interfere with background processes like file uploads and cause the page to stall out.

To isolate the issue, I recommend reviewing the file and making sure it's formatted correctly. Then, import it again using a private window or a different supported browser. It will help bypass any hidden cached files that might be blocking the upload. Once done, you can start categorizing them.
