Hi  My company is GST exempt. Quickbooks is trying to verify my tax location by asking me for my GST ID. I do not have a GST ID, I only have a UEN number. Does anyone know how do I change this?  Thanks

can the system indirect edit the header field balance become 0? then in few months, the system indirect edit again the balance become 270 for example

in my case, i create invoice on 12/06/2023 amount 270. this invoice is still due. then in 7/3/24 - there is indirect edit by system on header field balance become 0. then in 02/07/24 there is another indirect edit by system shows the header field balance still have 270. which one is correct and why is this happening by indirect edit by system?
