Logos help represent your company's brand and personality, @thehandyski.
Let's check and ensure that your logo meets the requirements.
Logos should be on a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, .jpeg file
Size should be smalller than 10MB
Color depth is 24-bits or less in bit depth and must be square-shapred
Use standard RGB color space. Please take note that if your logo is CMKY formatted, use tools like Adobe Photoshop to convert it before uploading it to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Once these guidelines are met and you're still unable to upload your logo, open it using Microsoft Paint for Windows and Preview for MAC. Save it as .jpg with a new file name and upload it in QBO.
I first loaded the Logo as a png that was only 18.4kb. I then changed it in paint to a jpeg and it loads but the same issue is still there where as when you hit "save" it does absolutely nothing.
There are times that your browser tends to hold information that can cause problems when loading QuickBooks Online (QBO) website. You can log in to your QBO account using a private browser. This is to rule out any problems related to your browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
If it works, clear your browser's cache to speed up the loading process of the QBO website. Otherwise, you can use a different browser.
Thank you for your feedback. I'm happy to help you with saving your logo to your QuickBooks Online account.
You may be experiencing some unexpected issues on your account, like adding a logo. The steps my colleague @MariaSoledadG provided are correct. Troubleshooting steps are the first steps that we take when issues like this happen.
If you're using the QuickBooks Online desktop application on your computer, let's try using a browser because QuickBooks runs best through Chrome or Firefox. So with that being said, let's try using a browser such as
Google Chrome.
Mozilla Firefox.
Also, if you're using Internet Explorer or an old Safari browser, QuickBooks Online discontinued support for those versions as of March 18, 2019.

I use Microsoft Edge. I am personally not a fan of Google. I would prefer not to have to use different browsers just to run my company. This day in age you would expect that such a large company as Intuit they would figure out ways to make their products work for everyone. Thank you for the advice and I will take some time to consider going online with my company or just stick to desktop. Keep you posted.
Thank you for keeping us posted. I'm happy to provide you with some information on the browser.
You're able to use any browser that you like. Although Chrome is recommended, you can still use Edge as it was built on top of Chromium, which is the same as Google Chrome.
