I have been calling QBO support since Oct 4th trying to get the task put back.

the Delivery Errors Section where you could correct resubmit or dismiss.

They do not seem to be able to fix this I have hours on the line calling in to people that just don't, know yes quickbooks support does not know how to fix this

Can any one tell me why the or how to get it back so I do not have to walk through ever invoice.

I appreciate you for contacting our phone support team, SI11.

I understand how it feels when you've been circling around trying to fix an issue you encountered.

Currently, we have an open investigation about the delivery issue when sending invoices to customers. With that, I suggest reaching out to our communications team so we can add you as one of the affected users. Below are the steps to contact us.

  1. Click the ? Help icon.
  2. On the Assistant tab, enter Talk to a human.
  3. Type in Invoice Delivery Issue Undelivered when sending invoices to customers as a description of your issue.
  4. Select No.
  5. Choose how you'll want to get in touch with the team.

Once the issue is fixed, you may check these subtopics as your guide in managing invoices: Add, organize, and send invoices.

We appreciate your patience while we work to have this issue a permanent fix.

i am told it has been removed and that we should buy stamps and mail the invoices thru the postal service.

Thanks for getting back with the Community, SI11.

I can certainly understand how reinstating the Delivery Errors section for undelivered invoices could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.

You can also submit your own feature requests while signed in.

Here's how:

  1. Use the Gear icon, then go to Feedback.
  2. Enter your suggestion(s) in the Have feedback? window.
  3. If necessary, attach a file with your Camera icon.
  4. Select Next.

Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can stay up-to-date with the latest news about your product by reviewing Intuit's Product Updates webpage.

As a workaround, you can manually send invoices from the Invoices screen.

Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any questions. Have an awesome Thursday!
