My general ledger accounts are out of of account number order. The dates in each account are also reversed.

How can I revert back to the correc

To Verify data:

 

  1. Go to the File menu.
  2. Scroll down to Utilities.
  3. Select Verify Data.
  4. Click OK.

 

To Rebuild Data:

  1. Click on File at the top menu bar.
  2. Select on Utilities.
  3. Click on Rebuild Data.
  4. Select OK when you see Rebuild has completed.
