Hi connellyconstruc,

I can walk you through the easy steps in deleting paychecks.

If these are manual paychecks, you can follow these steps on how to delete duplicates:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu and click Employees.
  2. Under the Run payroll button, click Paycheck list.
  3. Set the Date Range and you can specify the Employee.
  4. Click Run Report.
  5. Select all three duplicate paychecks. Ensure that they have the same details and you selected the correct paychecks.
  6. Click Delete

On the other hand, if you're using direct deposit and wanted to cancel them, you can refer to the article about cancelling Direct Deposit payments after they're sent.

You can also run payroll reports that will give you an overview of your employee's paycheck details and taxes.

Let me know if there's anything else that you need help with handling your payroll. Take care!

I don't have the option to delete, only print.

Let's try deleting paychecks on an incognito window, connellyconstruc.

It is where we can confirm if the error is cause by a browser-related issue. I've added these keyboard keys to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

If it works, we can go back to a regular browser and clear the cache. Once cache is piled up, it can be the reason for some unexpected browser issues.

We also have the option to switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as an alternative.

I've also added this reference when your ready to prepare taxes: Get answers to your payroll tax payment and filing questions.

Let me know how these steps work on your end. I'll be happy to help you out!
