I no longer need quickbooks - how do I stop paying?

You can cancel your subscription directly through the settings of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. 

1. Go to the Settings ⚙ icon.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
5. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
6. Follow the next steps.
7. Select Submit and cancel the subscription.
8. Select Got it.

Once done, you'll receive an email notification confirming that we canceled your QuickBooks subscription.
