My account balance keep showing a negative balance. Please help me rectify this problem?

There are possible reasons why it's showing a negative amount. The first one is that the opening balance when you set it up is incorrect. Another reason is that there may be duplicate transactions.

Additionally, let's review the account to see if there are duplicated transactions. If so, you can delete them since they can also result in discrepancies.
