From the information you provided it sounds like your salesmen are Custom users who have Customers & Sales Access Rights. If this is the case, then they’ll be able to see the costs of the products and services.

At this time, we don’t have an option to hide the cost column from the Product/Service List report.

hi. any update on this?

i almost decided to migrate to quickbooks but not having this simple feature stopped me from it. we have many branches and we dont want our temporary sales staff have idea about the purchase price of items we selling....
