How do I cancel a recurring payment?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides the option to create recurring templates, that save valuable time with automation.  These templates can be edited as you see necessary.  I would be glad to show you how!

You can follow these steps to permanently delete the recurring bill; 

1. From your Settings ⚙ click Recurring Transactions under Lists

2. In the Recurring Transactions list, find the template then use the ▼ dropdown menu in the Action column to select Delete

3. Hit Yes to confirm
