Hi, Can I import excel data which has normal weekdays & Penalty rate(Saturday rate and Sunday rate) to upload Payrun by customized excel?

You can upload these different pay categories in a pay run from Excel, however it needs to be categorised in a specific format.

To do this, export a current pay run to get the pay run template in Excel format, then import the pay run data into a new pay run.

To Export a Pay Run:

1. Select a pay run you would like to export.
2. Under Pay Run Actions, select Export Pay Run.
3. Open the exported pay run in Excel, then replace the column contents with the information you would like to upload.

To Upload a Pay Run:

1. Select New Pay Run, then create a pay run.
2. Under Pay Run Actions, select Import Pay Run.
3. Select if you want to clear the new pay run's existing data, or add to it. Also, select if you want to use the External ID for some columns if you have enabled those.
4. Select the file you would to upload, then select Confirm Upload.
