Issue with my monthly paiment

Hi there nichenougatinfo, 

 

Is your account being suspended? If yes, we've not been able to bill your monthly subscription. You'll have to update your card details.

 

Please follow these steps to update your credit card information:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click Account and Setting under Your Company.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. Click the pencil icon next to the Payment Method.
  5. Enter the needed information and make sure they are all correct.

If this won't work during the process, you can try using an incognito window to identify if it is a browser issue. You can follow the shortcut keys below to disable the web cache:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N.

 

If using the private browser works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. It allows your browser to function more efficiently. You can also use a compatible browser with QBO.
