Finally got around to setting up QuickBook Payments. It was advertised as a way to collect credit card and bank payments, which I thought was great. Most of our customers pay via bank transfers, but the flexibility is good to have.
When I went to Account Settings -> Payments -> Bank Payments -> Set Up, it says "Confirmation required. Connect your bank account so we can confirm your deposit info." When I click "Connect Bank", BMO cannot be selected. Every other Canadian bank, big or small, seems to be there though. Is there some error here somewhere, or will I not be able to use QuickBook Payments unless I switch to literally any other Canadian bank???
Hello there,

I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens. In case this issue persists, I encourage you to contact our support team so they can assist you further with this. Here are our contact details:
Feel free to keep me posted on how you make out. I'll be one message away in case you need anything else.
Still nothing (cleared everything, and also did Incognito).
This is where I run into the issue. My BMO account connects fine to the accounting side of QBO, but when I go to connect it as a payment method for QuickBook Payments, when I go to confirm the bank account via the Connect Bank button, BMO is the only bank that doesn't show up to let me sign into/confirm with.
I guess I'll reach out to support then.
